1. General Provisions

bajilivw ("we", "platform" or "company") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bajilivw platform and any of its services.

By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you will be considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this platform.

bajilivw reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will indicate that you have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing account access credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• End your session after logging in from a public or shared computer.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bajilivw is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds are generally added to the account immediately after deposit. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact the support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After a withdrawal request is submitted, funds are generally sent to your chosen payment method within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• If a bonus has been received, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Deposited funds must have been used for betting at least once.

bajilivw reserves the right to put a withdrawal request on hold and request additional verification if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

Other important terms related to bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
• VIP members can enjoy higher cashback and special offers.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bajilivw's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback applicable at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Your VIP tier is determined based on your account activity and betting history. Moving up to a higher tier is possible the more active you are on the platform.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on bajilivw are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the result will be determined subject to verification.
• If an attempt is made to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting a software error or bug, the winnings will be voided.
• Maximum and minimum betting limits are set separately for each game.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be automatically refunded. Odds may change during a live event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and violation of these may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Betting using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
• Intentionally identifying and exploiting game errors or bugs for gain.
• Colluding with other users to influence outcomes.
• Intimidating or threatening company staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of a prohibited person or a minor.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Company

bajilivw reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If identity verification fails.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• By court order or direction of a legal authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by making a request to the support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. If bonus-related conditions have not been met, the bonus amount will be considered void.
